Sons of Montezuma will always strive to make things right whenever possible.

Return / Exchange Policy:

For environmental and human friendly reasons, all products are only made when you order it. Please allow about a week for it to be made and we will send you tracking information as soon as it's in the mail.

Our policy lasts 10 business days from the confirmed tracking delivery date. If 10 business days have gone by since your purchase delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The decision to grant a return is still at the discretion of our customer support agents.

 

Unfortunately, in order to keep our production of merchandise for our student-athletes profitable, we cannot issue funds that are agreed upon to be donated towards our partners. All sales are final—no exchanges or refunds.

 

 

Damages and Issues:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exchanges: The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
